Overview

A real-time fleet performance dashboard consolidating telematics, fuel, and maintenance data into one executive view.

Business Challenge

Fleet data lived across three disconnected systems — telematics, fuel cards, and maintenance logs — forcing the operations team to manually reconcile spreadsheets every week just to answer basic utilization questions.

Solution

Built a centralized SQL data warehouse with automated ETL pipelines, then designed a Power BI dashboard giving fleet managers real-time visibility into utilization, fuel efficiency, and maintenance costs per vehicle and per route.
